Graduate Building Surveyor

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation based in Manchester looking for a talented Graduate Building Surveyor to join their team and begin building a rewarding long-term career in the built environment.

You will not be making tea and filing paperwork — you will be involved in live projects, working directly alongside experienced professionals, and developing the practical skills that will take you to RICS chartership and beyond.

The Role

You will be working across a varied and interesting caseload, gaining exposure to all core areas of building surveying practice. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out building surveys and producing detailed condition reports
• Preparing and advising on dilapidations — both terminal and interim
