Working closely with architects, engineers, contractors and specialist consultants, we deliver commercially focused, technically robust solutions that maximise asset value and minimise project risk.

The Role:

This is a senior role offering the opportunity to combine technical building surveying expertise with project leadership, strategic advisory responsibilities and team management. Reporting directly to the Directors, you will act as the technical lead for the surveying function, providing professional guidance across a diverse portfolio of commercial development and refurbishment projects.

You will oversee projects from initial feasibility and acquisition through to planning, construction, completion and handover while advising senior stakeholders on technical, statutory, contractual and commercial matters.
