The role of the Estimator
- Roofing will involve:

• Estimator position producing estimates for a range of roofing and cladding solutions
• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for projects in line with client requirements
• Actively seek opportunities for business development, fostering new client relationships
• Generate timely and well-structured quotes to meet customer demands
• Managing the inbox and monitoring responses for potential projects and client enquiries
• Monitoring ongoing projects from a cost perspective
• Working on projects ranging from £5k - £300k

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator
- Roofing experience with:

• Must have estimating experience within construction
• Must have experience with CAD
• Ideally have experience within roofing
• Must be IT literate
• Strong commercial acumen
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
