Building Careers UK are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on façade and building envelope projects in the Manchester/Salford area. You will manage CVRs, cost forecasts, procure subcontractors, and drive final accounts from contract award through to completion.
The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management, strong knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts, and proven senior experience in construction.
