Careermakers Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor for a well-established commercial property consultancy in Northern England. You will act as the technical lead for the surveying function, overseeing acquisitions, feasibility, planning, construction and handover on a diverse portfolio.
The role requires MRICS or working toward, a degree in Building Surveying, and at least five years in commercial surveying, with strong report writing, stakeholder engagement and team leadership.
