O, a leading national residential developer, is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a flagship scheme in West Sussex. You will be based on site with occasional remote days, supporting cost control and commercial management across the project lifecycle.
The role requires a UK Quantity Surveying qualification and experience on new build houses or low-rise flats, ideally on multi-phased developments. A clear progression path to senior roles is highlighted.
