Specialist Subcontractor in Flat Roofing & Facades
Our Client a leading specialist subcontractor in the flat roofing and facades industry, known for delivering high-quality projects across the North West. With a reputation for excellence, they take pride in an innovative approach and commitment to meeting client expectations.
They are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Manager to join a dynamic team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing flat roofing and facade projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage multiple flat roofing and facade projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Provide leadership and guidance to site teams, ensuring productivity and quality of work.
- Resolve any on-site issues or challenges that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management, specifically within the flat roofing and facades sector.
- Black CSCS Card
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate site teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are preferred.
- Competitive salary of £50,000 per annum, car allowance, pension etc.
