Based in the North West of England, we’re growing fast, and we need a skilled Site Supervisor to help us deliver high-quality projects. As theirnew Site Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your role will be vital in overseeing the day-to-day on-site activities, making sure everything stays on track, from managing materials to coordinating teams. You’ll be part of a tight-knit group that’s dedicated to delivering excellence in facade and cladding projects.

• Leading the Team: You’ll organize and supervise operations on-site, working closely with the Branch Manager to keep everything on schedule.
• Making Sure We're Ready: You’ll order the materials and services needed to get the job done, ensuring that timelines are met and that every project is set up for success.
• Safety First: You’ll prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and make sure all work is carried out safely, following our strict standards.
• Quality Control: You’ll ensure that the Quality Plan is in place and that records are kept, so we maintain the high standards we’re known for.
• Keeping Everyone Informed: You’ll attend coordination and safety meetings, providing updates and making sure any challenges are addressed quickly.
• Reporting and Admin: You’ll prepare weekly reports and manage the weekly wages, making sure everything is accurate and ready for approval.

• Industry Knowledge: You’ve got solid experience in the flat roofing industry, and any knowledge of facade and cladding works is a huge plus.

  You’re confident in managing a team and leading by example on-site.
• Qualified: You hold an SMSTS qualification, and ideally, you either have or are working towards a CSCS Black Card.
• Organised and Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using computers and have a good grasp of general software to keep things running efficiently.
• Problem Solver: You can think on your feet and aren’t afraid to tackle challenges head-on.
