RG Setsquare is seeking a Registered Building Inspector to be based in Manchester. You will deliver independent, statutory building control services by assessing architectural plans and inspecting site works.
You will ensure all construction projects comply with the Building Regulations, the Building Safety Act, and relevant statutory instruments, safeguarding public health and safety. This agency contract in Greater Manchester runs for a minimum of 12 months, with a pay rate of £70 per hour.
