SITE ENGINEER – HOUSING GROUNDWORKS

Wirral & Manchester – 3 Live Sites

£320 – £350 per day

8 Weeks’ Work Potentially on going

I’m looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join an established Civil Engineering & Groundworks Contractor, covering three live residential developments across the Wirral and Manchester
.

This is a strong 8-week freelance run for an engineer who knows housing groundworks inside out and can hit the ground running from day one.

• Housing groundworks
• Roads & sewers
• Drainage & infrastructure
• Foundations & plot works
• Kerbs, levels and externals
• Setting out and surveying
• QA, as-builts and site records
• Working closely with Site Managers and groundwork gangs

You MUST have solid experience working as a Site Engineer on residential/housing groundworks projects
.

You’ll need to be confident setting out independently and comfortable moving between live sites as required.

Own kit would be advantageous, but not essential
.

Rate: £320–£350 per day, depending on experience
CIS or Limited Company
Approximately 8 weeks initially
Wirral + 2 Manchester sites
Starting beginning of September
