An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join one of Manchesters leading property developers, delivering high quality residential and mixed use developments across the region.

This is a fantastic chance to become part of a well established business with a strong pipeline of projects, where you’ll have the opportunity to work on landmark developments and progress your career in a supportive commercial team.

You’ll be responsible for the commercial management of developments from procurement through to final account, working closely with the construction and development teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor with:

• * Experience with in residential, property development or main contracting
• * Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• * Procurement and subcontractor management experience
• * A proactive approach and the ambition to develop your career

• * Salary up to £60,000
