The Planner Jobs Redactive Publishing Limited seeks an experienced Pre-Construction Housing Delivery Team Manager for a 12-month contract in Essex. The role leads the pre-construction phase of a £150m capital works programme to upgrade occupied council homes, ensuring projects are scoped, costed and compliant under CDM 2015 and Building Safety Act 2022.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure handover from pre-construction to execution. Hybrid work 2-4 days/week; £600/day Umbrella.
