A long:established national hazardous materials consultancy is looking to recruit a dual:trained Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support projects across Manchester and the wider North West.

  36,000 base salary

• Delivering Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG
  264
• Completing asbestos:in:the:ground surveys where required
• Undertaking air monitoring, reassurance testing, and fibre counting
• Carrying out four:stage clearances
• Working across commercial, industrial, and public sector sites
• Producing accurate, compliant, and defensible reports
• Operating in line with HSG
  248 and HSG
  264 at all times

• BOHS P402, P403 and P404 (or recognised equivalents)
• Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and guidance
• Confident working independently on site
• Professional approach with clients and contractors
• Full UK driving licence
