Qualifications:
- SMSTS.
- Black CSCS Card.
- First Aid at Work.

- Experience with Injector Clad installation.

Essential
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Site Manager.
- Fire remediation or faade remediation experience.
- Experience managing cladding, cavity barriers, render systems and insulation replacement.
- Strong QA/QC knowledge.
- Experience working to detailed programmes.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors.
- Good understanding of Building Regulations and fire safety requirements.
