Are you a Senior Construction Planner looking for a new challenge & the opportunity to join a tier 1 build contractor to work on some of the North of England's leading construction projects? With secured pipeline projects across the North of England, this Tier 1 build contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Construction Planner to work across a number of projects within the region.
Th company is multi-disciplinary and work across education, health, government, defence commercial, industrial, residential sectors & can offer excellent career progression opportunities to develop within a leading UK wide construction business working on some of the North West's most prestigious developments.
Responsibilities for Senior Construction Planner:
Creating comprehensive programmes incorporating all project disciplines, ensuring realistic timescales and allocating resource Providing and monitoring of project progress and compiling accurate reporting to project teams and clients
Identifying risks and opportunities within the programme
Liaison with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless and efficient project delivery
Experience / Qualifications
Required:
Proven track record of construction planning experience within a main contractor environment on projects between over 10m+ - 100mConstruction related degree (BSc / HND/C or equivalent)
Competent user of Asta Power project and other planning tools
Good attention to detail & accuracy with good interpersonal skills
Salary & Package on offer:
Base Salary 75k - 85k (dependent on level of experience)
Car allowance / Fuel Card Hybrid Working Arrangment (2 days work from home, 2 days office , 1 day site)
