Estimator – Façades

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Bonus + Pension
Location: Remote

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join a growing specialist façade contractor delivering major projects across Manchester, Liverpool and the wider UK.

The business specialises in rainscreen cladding, high-rise remediation, combustible façade replacement, EWI, render, brick slips and fire safety works.

With projects currently ranging from 1m-15m, this is a great opportunity to join a business with an exciting pipeline and ambitious growth plans.

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you'll take ownership of estimating and tendering across a varied portfolio of façade and remediation projects.

You’ll be involved in:

• Preparing detailed estimates and tender submissions.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and scopes.
• Pricing façade, cladding and remediation packages.
• Managing supplier/subcontractor quotations.
• Identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
• Working closely with the commercial, technical and delivery teams.
• Building strong relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers.

We're looking for an Estimator with 5+ years' experience, ideally from a façade, cladding, remediation, EWI, roofing or external envelope background.
