Site Manager - Cat B Office Fit Out

Manchester City Centre
Rate:£240 per day
Start Date:
Monday 7th September 2026
End Date:
Friday 2nd October 2026
Duration:4 weeks
Shift Pattern:2 weeks days or 2 weeks nights
The RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced
Site Managerto join aCat B office fit-out project in Manchester City Centre.
This is a 4-week contract opportunity, with the option to work either2 weeks of day shifts or 2 weeks of night shifts.
Requirements- Proven experience managing
Cat B office fit-out projects - SMSTS- essential
- Asbestos Awareness- essential
- First Aid- essential
- Strong site management and organisational skills
- Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure health & safety, quality and programme requirements are met
