Construction is seeking an experienced Demolition Site Manager to lead projects in the Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire region. You will deliver demo packages including Strip Out, Cut & Carve, and Top Down works, ensuring safety standards and quality on site.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a demonstrable track record in demolition, hold Gold Card and Black CSCS card, and possess excellent communication skills, computer literacy and commercial awareness.
