My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Site Manager to help deliver a water treatment project in Manchester, with an immediate start available. The successful candidate must have a strong civil engineering and MEICA background, with previous experience working on water treatment sites.
Site Manager Responsibilities:- Managing day-to-day site operations
- Supervising subcontractors and site teams
- Managing civils and MEICA works
- Client and stakeholder liaison
- Toolbox talks
- Health and safety compliance
- Managing RAMS, permits and site documentation
- Coordinating civils and MEICA activities
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification
- Monitoring quality and maintaining site records
- Reporting progress to the Project Manager
- Black or Gold CSCS
- SMSTS
- Strong civils and MEICA experience is essential
- Previous water treatment experience is essential
- Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
- Good understanding of RAMS, health and safety and quality requirements
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Full UK driving licence
