Location: Ringway
Linsco Recruitment are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work for a Facilities management contractor in the Manchester area. The assignment is initially 3 months with potential extension, starting at 8:30.
Salary is £17.79 PAYE or £20.83 Umbrella (about £37k) and the work focuses on timely payment applications, with accuracy checked against supporting evidence and links, plus WIP reconciliation and converting it into 'applied for' via payments.
