Salary/Package - £55,000 - £70,000 + Excellent Benefits Package

Our client is a leading nationwide faade contractor specialising in faade remediation and large-scale new-build projects across the UK. Delivering complete building envelope solutions, they work on complex residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, providing expertise in cladding, brick slips, external wall insulation (EWI), rendering, steel framing systems, glazing, and curtain walling.

Working as both a Principal Contractor and Specialist Subcontractor, the business has established an excellent reputation for delivering technically challenging faade schemes in line with the latest building safety regulations. With a strong pipeline of remediation and new-build projects, continued growth has created an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join their pre-construction team in Manchester.

As Estimator, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing accurate and competitive estimates for faade and building envelope projects

• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation

• Producing detailed quantity take-offs, cost plans, and pricing schedules
