Senior Quantity Surveyor Residential Groundworks
Location: West Manchester office based with regular site visits
Salary: £60,000 £ 75,000 + car allowance

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an award-winning, well-established and highly respected residential groundworks contractor based in West Manchester.
The business has an excellent reputation within the construction industry and works with some of the Northwest's major housing developers, with a strong and established pipeline of work.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a residential groundworks background to join a successful business offering genuine long-term career progression.
The role will be primarily office based in West Manchester, with regular visits to live sites across the Northwest.
Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the commercial and contractual aspects of multiple groundworks projects.
Working closely with major residential developers and main contractors.
