An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join one of Manchesters leading property developers, delivering high quality residential and mixed use developments across the region.

The RoleYou’ll be responsible for the commercial management of developments from procurement through to final account, working closely with the construction and development teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
Projects include:- * Residential developments
- * Mixed use schemes
- * Apartment and regeneration projects
We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor with:
- * Experience with in residential, property development or main contracting
- * Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- * Procurement and subcontractor management experience
- * A proactive approach and the ambition to develop your career
- * Salary up to £60,000

Salary: £55000 – £60000/annum
