Civils Site Supervisor

Precision Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced Civils Working Foreman / Supervisor to work on a new build construction project in Manchester. You will be responsible for managing a small external groundworks package around the new building, which will include kerbing, edging and block paving. This is a hands-on Working Foreman position. You will be supervising two gangs of Ground workers, managing the day-to-day works and ensuring the package progresses to programme, while also mucking in with the lads and carrying out groundworks yourself when required.

Working alongside the Ground workers and carrying out hands-on duties when required.

• Managing a small external groundworks package
• Supervising and managing two gangs of Ground workers
• Overseeing kerbing, edging and block paving works around the building
• Organising daily workloads and ensuring works are completed to programme
• Monitoring the quality and progress of works
• Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed on site
• Liaising with site management and other trades
• Working alongside the Ground workers and carrying out hands-on duties when required

• Previous experience as a Civils / Groundworks Working Foreman or Supervisor
• Strong Civils and Groundworks experience
• Experience with kerbing, edging and block paving
• Previous experience supervising GroundworkersSSSTS or SMSTS
• First Aid
• Valid CSCS Card
• Happy to work hands-on alongside the Ground workers when required
• Reliable and capable of managing a small team effectively

For your skills and experience, we can offer an hourly rate of £25 per hour, working Monday to Friday 07:30 4:30, for an initial period of 4 Months.
