You’ll join a high-performing, close-knit Residential team of 20+ professionals across our UK offices, working on projects that genuinely make a difference throughout the North West. We partner with some of the area’s most prominent housing providers, delivering complex residential schemes within affordable housing, our core market, alongside Build-to-Rent (BTR), extra-care and supported living developments.

Our live portfolio includes multiple large-scale contracts throughout the region, typically 100–150 units, with a strong focus on regeneration, affordable housing and the creation of sustainable, mixed-tenure communities.

We’re looking for someone who is motivated to build a long-term career in Quantity Surveying and brings:

• A BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Confidence using Microsoft Office
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• An interest in developing towards professional chartership

Our structured CPC Graduate Programme combines on-the-job experience with development across areas including professional conduct, presentation skills, networking, client interviews, project governance, NEC and JCT contracts, health and safety, stakeholder management, procurement and tendering, and value and risk management. It also introduces graduates to the relevant professional pathway, including RICS for Quantity Surveyors.
