Exciting new opportunity for a groundworks or civils Quantity Surveyor looking to work on a 200m major construction project in Manchester.
Working for a leading principal contractor with secured pipeline projects, you will be overseeing groundworks and frame subcontractors on a major commercial construction site. The company can offer excellent career progression opportunities to develop within a leading construction business working on some of the North West's most prestigious construction projects, majority in excess of 100m in value.
Experience / Qualifications
Required:
Proven track record as a groundworks/ civils Quantity Surveying working
Academically Qualified with a BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Confident, commercially astute with good communication skills able to negotiate and manage subcontractors effectively
Excellent IT skills
Able to prioritise, manage risk and value engineer.
Salary & Package on offer:
Base Salary 45,000 to 55,000 (dependent on level of experience)
