Creative Project Volunteer:
Unearthing the Suffragette Spirit. Unearth the lost stories of working-class suffragettes and other forgotten heroines. Join the Adas Army and help us rewrite history to inspire a new generation.

The project aims to unearth and celebrate forgotten heroines, shaping an inclusive historical narrative and highlighting the worldwide sisterhood of resistance. Volunteers will contribute to content that demonstrates that ordinary people can ignite change and that true power lies in redefining the limits placed upon us.

What you will do

  • Writing & communication: translate complex historical and social information into clear, engaging content for articles and publications.
  • Academic practices: familiarity with proper citation practices (footnotes, bibliographies), understanding of academic integrity, and an interest in having work published or cited.
Qualifications
  • Strong research skills and the ability to identify credible sources.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to translate historical information for diverse audiences.
  • Experience in an academic environment and comfort with citations and integrity in reporting.
