👀 The RoleWe’re looking for a creative powerhouse to join our team as a strong Midweight Designer, working across our roster of paid and organic clients. This role is for a multidisciplinary creative who can work across different specialisms, with a specific strength and preference for video editing and motion graphics. Your key responsibility will be day to day content creation that ranges from high quality graphic design to complex video edits.
We need someone who is an absolute perfectionist with a very strong eye for detail, someone who puts absolutely everything into what they make to ensure it creates a good influence. This role suits a self‑starter with a solution based mindset. You won’t just be executing briefs; you’ll be defining what "good" looks like, utilising AI to innovate, and driving projects forward to create award‑winning work.
What you'll be doing:
Content Creation & Production
- Drive day to day content creation across both paid and organic clients, ensuring every asset is platform native and polished.
- Lead on video editing and motion graphics (your primary focus), transforming raw footage into scroll‑stopping social content.
- Produce high quality static graphic design work alongside your motion duties.
- Take full ownership of the production process, ensuring technical specs and platform best practices are met every time.
- You are a true creative AI whizz. You possess expert level command of the leading video and image generation platforms (e.g., Midjourney, Gen‑3, Topaz) and understand the nuances of prompt engineering to achieve specific, high fidelity results.
- Demonstrate a deep curiosity for the social landscape, constantly researching what is trending and what is new across Tik Tok, Reels, and other platforms.
- Apply a "social‑first" lens to every project, understanding intuitively what works for engagement (organic) versus conversion (paid).
- Work collaboratively with different areas of the company (strategy, influencer, paid media) to create the absolute best work possible.
- Manage your own workload with a solution based attitude; you don't wait to be told what to do, you identify the need and execute.
- Prioritise and drive multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment, meeting strict deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Previous agency or in‑house brand experience is an absolute must. You understand the pace of agency life and how to juggle multiple clients effectively.
- An impressive creative portfolio demonstrating strong capabilities in video editing and motion graphics (Premiere Pro/After Effects), as well as graphic design (Figma/Photoshop/Illustrator).
- Proven skills in utilising AI tools for video and image generation, you know how to use these platforms to your advantage.
- An absolute perfectionist with an uncompromising eye for detail.
