Position: Organic Social Lead Creator (On-Camera) & Tik Tok Live Presenter

Role Overview

Lulla Bellz is looking for a confident, commercially-minded, hair and beauty-obsessed on-camera creator to become a recognisable face of the brand across Tik Tok and Instagram.

This is not a traditional social media role
. We are not looking for someone to repost content or manage a calendar. We are looking for someone who can capture attention, build authority and drive performance through disruptive, platform-native content.

You will act a strategic organic lead, an on-camera presenter and Tik Tok Live Presenter confidently using styling and demonstrating our extensions while creating high-impact content that drives reach, engagement and revenue.

We are looking for someone obsessed with creating high-impact, high-engagement content—the kind that stops the scroll, sparks conversation and drives measurable performance.

  • You won’t just pitch ideas. You will bring them to life and take accountability for their performance.
  • Working closely with the wider brand team, you will own the full lifecycle of your content, including:
  • Developing disruptive, platform-native concepts aligned to commercial priorities
  • Planning and structuring your content output around key trading moments, launches and campaigns
  • Filming, editing and producing high-performing short‑form video content
  • Publishing and optimising content based on real-time performance data
  • Analysing results and refining future content to continuously improve reach, engagement and conversion

We are looking for someone who treats content like a growth channel—not just creative output.

Tik Tok Live Presenting & Commerce

Alongside your core organic content responsibilities, you will play a key role in our Tik Tok Live commerce strategy, hosting 2–3 Lives per week.

This is not an add‑on. Live is a critical revenue channel for us.

We are looking for someone who is confident using and styling our extensions in real time, able to educate, inspire and convert viewers through authentic product demonstration.

Becoming a recognisable and trusted face of Lulla Bellz is a core part of this role. Tik Tok Live gives you the platform to build that connection at scale — driving trust, authority and measurable sales impact.
