Content Producer

| £26,000 – £33,000 based on experience | Full-Time

Knowlton is looking for a Content Producer who thrives on turning ideas into high-quality, high-volume content that clients love.

This is a hands‑on production role inside a fast‑moving creative agency. You will be responsible for planning and delivering social‑first video and content campaigns, sometimes locally and sometimes internationally, working with remote crews, creators and collaborators across different time zones.

If you are organised, calm under pressure, commercially aware and excited by producing content at scale, this is the role for you.

• Plan and manage content production from concept through to delivery
• Produce high volumes of social‑first video and content for a range of clients
• Source and manage freelance crews, videographers and creators in the UK and overseas
• Oversee remote productions and confidently direct shoots from a distance
• Manage production schedules, budgets and timelines
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams throughout projects
• Write production briefs and translate creative ideas into executable plans
• Ensure deliverables are on time, on brand and within scope
• Identify risks early and solve problems proactively
• Support on larger shoots when required.

• Experience in content production, video production or creative project management
• Strong project management skills including timelines, budgets, scope and resourcing
• Excellent communication skills with both clients and internal teams
• Confidence sourcing and managing remote production crews
• Experience producing high volumes of content for social platforms
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines at once
• Comfortable working across Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In and other social platforms
• Agency experience is a plus but not essential if you can demonstrate strong production ability.
