Role Overview

Join our global Marketing team as the Organic Editor, and take ownership of the content strategy for our highly visible travel blog within a key market of France. This is a crucial individual contributor role where you will drive the editorial vision, ensuring all content is factual, high‑performing, and supports both core SEO demand and emerging AI/LLM discoverability programs. You will be accountable for content quality and performance in your segment, operating at the hands‑on intersection of content creation, search, and generative AI.

The core of this role involves hands‑on editorial execution and deep market knowledge. You will translate complex SEO and AI requirements within your team into an actionable editorial plan for your market. Key responsibilities include managing the content pipeline from ideation to publication, providing final hands‑on editing and sign‑off on all content in your segment, and overseeing authorship. Furthermore, you will drive continuous optimisation through performance analysis and process adherence, ensuring content is structured and enriched for best‑in‑class SEO and AI consumption.

We are looking for a candidate with strong, hands‑on editorial experience, ideally within a known brand, publisher, or platform—with travel, e‑commerce, or marketplace experience being a plus. You must have a proven track record of end‑to‑end content ownership and converting SEO/data insights into concrete content for publication. A strong working understanding of SEO fundamentals for editorial content, an awareness of LLM/AI search trends, and excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills are essential for aligning with teams like SEO Strategy, Product, and Localisation.

If you are ready to own and drive a high‑impact editorial channel, we encourage you to apply.
