Content Creator, Social Media Marketing

boohooMAN is looking for a creative, trend-obsessed Content Creator to help bring the brand to life across our social channels.

This role is all about understanding what our customer is engaging with, spotting trends before they peak, creating social-first content ideas and helping to deliver content that drives engagement, awareness and brand love.

You'll work closely with the Social, Marketing, Creative and Influencer teams to develop content that feels authentic, relevant and native to each platform.

This role will be based out of our Ancoats, Manchester office.

• Create engaging, social-first content for platforms including Tik Tok, Instagram and emerging channels.
• Develop creative content ideas that align with brand campaigns, product launches and cultural moments.
• Identify and react to social trends, viral moments and platform updates.
• Support the planning and execution of content calendars.
• Attend shoots, events and influencer activations to capture behind-the-scenes and real-time content opportunities.
• Work with influencers, creators and internal stakeholders to maximise content output.
• Write captions, content briefs and creative concepts that align with boohooMAN's tone of voice.
• Monitor content performance and use insights to optimise future content.
• Support community engagement and reactive social opportunities.

Essential

• Previous experience creating content for social media, either professionally or through personal platforms.
• Strong understanding of Tik Tok, Instagram and social media trends.
• Passion for menswear, fashion, sport and youth culture.
• Naturally creative with a strong eye for what performs well on social.
• Confident generating ideas and turning them into engaging content.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work at pace and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive, collaborative approach with a willingness to test new ideas.

Desirable

• Experience with in fashion, retail or lifestyle brands.
• Experience working with influencers and creators.
• Basic content editing skills using Cap Cut, Adobe Express or similar tools.
• Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Naturally curious, culturally connected and always looking for the next big idea. Comfortable challenging convention and exploring new technologies, including AI, to create engaging content that stands out in crowded social feeds.
