About the roleWe are seeking a Multi-Media Producer with deep expertise in videography, animation and photography. You’ll be joining a multi-disciplinary central growth function that supports the group companies in delivering demand and lead generation growth, cross-sell opportunities to pipeline acceleration across multi-channels and a vast digital estate.
Reporting into the Creative Studio manager, you will work in conjunction with copywriters, channel specialists such as paid media, email, social media and website teams to our brand managers that lead on GTM plans for each business.
Your aim is to drive improved engagement conversion across digital channels, influencing the performance of demand and lead generation performance.
We are seeking someone that understands native vs non-native ad placements, can story-tell through video, animation and photography, capturing the prospects attention following frameworks linked to channel best practices. You are experienced with different AI and production tooling to deliver creative and compelling assets that drives action.
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of video and photographic content creation, from concept development and planning through to filming, editing, and final delivery.
Additionally, you will manage and maintain the company’s Digital Asset Management system, ensuring all visual content is well organised, accessible, and up to date using our project management system, Monday.

Key Responsibilities - What We’re Looking For- A passionate and versatile storyteller with experience creating meaningful video and photographic content.
- Strong understanding of creating assets relevant to the funnel stage and prospect/customer motivation.
- Expertise in conversion-oriented storyboards that deliver the next best action.
- Video creation for social media channels with understanding of channel features & algorithms to enable higher engagement performance across You Tube (shorts vs longer video creation), Linked In, Meta, Tik Tok.
- Understanding of asset creation for display networks and programmatic platforms delivering native & non-native asset placement that supports conversion down the funnel.
- Experience in creating videos, animations and visuals that support CRO improvements related to landing page conversion.
- Podcast production from shooting to editing enabling highly engaged listeners.
- Use AI agents to deliver tailored assets for niche ICP segments to enable speed of delivery, through a controlled framework for IP governance.
- You will manage our You Tube channels in terms of organization of video categories, working with the SEO team for meta descriptions and maintaining this channel for improved visibility, subscriptions and views.
- You will manage video thumbnails ensuring customer clarity driving view-through impact.
- You’ll manage a clear testing plan for each channel or initiative enabling learning insights to regularly improve engagement – acting as a key contributor to the growth of all key channels.
- You will work with our SEO team to develop videos specifically tied to key commercial pages, integrated in our You Tube channel, enabling improved SEO performance.
- You will act as a brand guardian, however, will push the brand guidelines as it relates to improving digital channel performance, working alongside the Head of Brand & Comms for the group.
