Role OverviewReporting to the Associate Creative Directors (ACDs), this mid‑weight Creative role requires crafting best‑in‑class, cutting‑edge social content. You will conceptualise, execute and manage multiple social‑first projects, protect ideas, meet deadlines and budgets, and champion the agency’s values across the team.
Key Responsibilities- Social‑first content ideation – both pre‑planned and reactive
- Brief team members for production, and produce your own work where feasible (e.g., creator‑style video content)
- Stay curious about AI, emerging technologies and new creative tools, experimenting to unlock creative opportunities
- Mentor junior creatives and support their development
- Track social trends, translate them into client opportunities, and spot reactive social media moments
- Deliver projects while keeping senior creatives informed
- Write copy and support deck design
- Collaborate with ACDs and the Resource team to manage workload and meet deadlines
- 3+ years in social marketing, social PR or equivalent
- Experience as a Senior Social Media Executive / Manager or similar role
- Proven track record in social campaigns and content projects
- Portfolio of consistent, social‑first work
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
- Proven craft skills; basic deck design skills essential (design skills desirable)
- Basic video filming/editing skills
- Passion for social media and desire to create generation‑defining work
