Role Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and motivated Retail Artworker to join our studio team and support the day‑to‑day delivery of print and in‑store artwork across a wide range of retail formats. The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in print production and a keen eye for detail, ensuring every asset is accurate, on brand, and produced to the highest technical standards.

In this role, you will produce print‑ready artwork for POS, signage, posters, and campaign collateral, working closely with Senior Art workers to support large‑scale retail campaign deliveries. You will follow established templates and technical guidelines, prepare files to the required print standards, and help maintain an organised and up‑to‑date asset library.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Produce accurate print‑ready artwork for POS, signage, posters, and campaign collateral.
  • Follow supplied templates and technical guidelines.
  • Prepare files to required print standards including bleed, colour profiles and spec sheets.
  • Support Seniors on large retail campaign deliveries.
  • Conduct initial checks to ensure artwork accuracy before submission.
  • Keep templates and asset libraries well‑organised and updated.
Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed
  • 1–3 years of professional artwork experience, ideally within a retail or studio environment.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Good understanding of print production processes, including bleed, colour profiles, and file preparation.
  • Experience working to supplied templates and brand guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all artwork outputs.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively within tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and proactively.
  • Organised and methodical, with a disciplined approach to file management and asset organisation.
  • Eager to learn and develop within a fast‑paced studio environment.
  • Passionate about print and delivering high‑quality brand experiences at retail.
