Job Description & How to Apply Below

The Role

As a Creative Artworker at Revolution, you’ll be a key part of our creative delivery team—bringing ideas to life across a wide range of formats and channels. This is a hands‑on role focused on producing high‑quality visual assets that support our clients’ marketing, digital, and platform‑led initiatives.

You’ll work across everything from PDFs, whitepapers, and presentation decks, through to social graphics, digital assets, vector artwork, and light animation or GIF work. There’s also a genuine opportunity to contribute to website and platform design projects, working closely with designers, developers, and delivery teams.

This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys variety, takes pride in craft, and wants exposure to both marketing‑led creative and digital product work.

What You’ll Do

Creative Production & Artworking

  • Design and produce high‑quality PDFs, whitepapers, reports, and presentations.

  • Create engaging social media graphics and digital marketing assets.

  • Produce clean, accurate vector artwork and visual assets for web and print.

  • Support campaigns with basic animation or GIF creation, where appropriate.

  • Prepare and adapt artwork for different formats, channels, and specifications.

Digital & Platform Design Support

  • Contribute to website and platform design projects, supporting UI and visual design tasks.

  • Work with Figma to design layouts, components, and visual concepts.

  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are practical, consistent, and build‑ready.

  • Maintain visual consistency across projects, aligned to brand guidelines and design systems.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work closely with designers, developers, and client teams to deliver work to the brief.

  • Take feedback on board and iterate efficiently without losing attention to detail.

  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced agency environment.

  • Support continuous improvement by refining templates, assets, and workflows.

About You

You’re a detail‑oriented designer who enjoys producing polished, well‑crafted work across a variety of formats. You’re confident working from briefs, comfortable managing your own workload, and happy to switch between different types of creative output.

You’ll need to bring:

  • Strong experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.

  • Confidence working with Figma for digital and layout design.

  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy.

  • Experience producing PDFs, digital documents, and marketing assets.

  • A practical, organised approach to art working and file management.

Bonus points if you have experience with:

  • Experience creating basic animations or GIFs.

  • Exposure to web or UI design projects.

  • Experience working in an agency or fast‑paced creative environment.

Most importantly, you take pride in your work, care about quality, and enjoy collaborating as part of a creative team.

The Process

The interview process is designed to be clear and straightforward.

Stage one is a 30‑minute Google Meet call, giving us a chance to understand your experience, portfolio, and what you’re looking for next.

For stage two, we’ll ask you to talk through examples of your work – either via a short task or portfolio review – followed by a face‑to‑face or virtual interview with members of the team.

What You’ll Get
  • A varied role working across digital, marketing, and platform‑led projects.

  • Exposure to both creative campaigns and web/platform design work.

  • Opportunities to develop your skills across digital, UI, and motion basics.

  • A collaborative, supportive team environment that values craft and ambition.

  • 24 days holiday (plus your birthday off).

  • Hybrid and flexible working.

  • Pension and benefits package.
