We're looking for an experienced Producer to join the team behind Bov Boys
.

This is a full-time role based primarily at Bov HQ in Manchester
, working across one of the UK's fastest-growing creator brands.

While your day-to-day will be based in Manchester, the role will also involve national and international travel for productions, live events, brand campaigns and creator projects.

• Producing and delivering Bov Boys You Tube videos from concept through to completion.
• Helping coordinate live events, live streams and promotional content
  .
• Supporting our management team with the planning and delivery of brand partnerships and sponsored content
  .
• Managing and scheduling content across Bov Boys' social media channels
  .
• Supporting individual Bov Boys members with content and productions for their own personal You Tube channels and social platforms.
• Managing production logistics including schedules, locations, crew, equipment and talent.
• Working closely with editors, camera operators and creators to ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard.

• Proven experience producing content for You Tube, Twitch and/or social media
  .
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A creative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Calm under pressure and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
• A genuine understanding of creator-led content and internet culture.
• Must be based in the Manchester area (or willing to relocate before starting).
• A full UK driving licence is desirable.

This isn't your typical production role.

One week you could be organising a huge You Tube challenge, the next producing a livestream, travelling overseas for a shoot, coordinating a major brand campaign, helping one of the boys launch a personal project, or making sure content reaches millions across every platform.
