THE ROLE
We're looking for an organised, enthusiastic, and proactive Junior Content Producer to join our growing Content Production Team. Supporting the delivery of social-first content, you'll work alongside experienced Producers to help manage projects from initial brief through to final delivery.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in content production. You'll gain hands‑on experience across all stages of the production process, learning how to plan shoots, coordinate resources, manage production logistics, and deliver high-quality social media content for a range of clients.
No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who enjoys being organised, solving problems, and working in a fast‑paced creative environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Support Producers in reviewing creative and production briefs from clients and agency teams.
- Assist with script breakdowns to identify production requirements, including locations, crew, equipment, props, and talent.
- Help prepare production budgets by gathering supplier quotes and tracking production costs.
- Assist with booking internal teams, freelance crew, equipment, and locations.
- Prepare production paperwork, including call sheets, schedules, release forms, and production documents.
- Coordinate production logistics, including travel, catering, equipment, and shoot schedules.
- Support Producers on shoot days, helping ensure productions run smoothly and on schedule.
- Assist with managing post‑production workflows, including edit schedules, client feedback, and final content delivery.
- Maintain accurate project trackers, production documentation, and asset management systems.
- Communicate professionally with colleagues, clients, suppliers, and freelancers throughout the production process.
- Help identify potential production challenges and elevate them to Producers where appropriate.
- Keep up to date with social media platforms, production techniques, and emerging content trends.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Good problem‑solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Confidence working as part of a collaborative team.
- A genuine interest in social media, digital marketing, and content production.
- Up to two years' experience in a production, creative, marketing, or agency environment through employment, internships, placements, freelance work, or university projects.
- Basic understanding of video production workflows and social media content creation.
- Familiarity with project management or scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
- Awareness of Adobe Creative Cloud or similar creative software.
- Full UK driving licence (desirable but not essential).
- Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Film & TV Production, Media Production, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
- We're equally interested in candidates who can demonstrate relevant experience, initiative, and a passion for production through personal projects, freelance work, or work placements.
- Hands‑on experience working across social media productions from brief through to delivery.
- Mentoring and support from experienced Producers.
- Opportunities to develop skills in budgeting, scheduling, production planning, and client management.
- Experience working with creative teams, clients, freelancers, and production suppliers.
- A clear development pathway towards Content Producer or Producer roles as your experience grows.
