Senior Content Creator

Not all content creators are created equal.

We’re looking for someone who’s just as comfortable analysing performance as they are behind a camera. Someone who lives and breathes social media, spots trends before they hit the mainstream and knows exactly why one piece of content flies while another falls flat.

At Jam, content isn’t just about making great videos. It’s about creating ideas that perform.

Working across an exciting mix of clients in luxury travel, personal finance, property and lifestyle, you’ll take content from concept to completion – developing ideas, writing scripts and captions, leading shoots, filming, editing, creating motion graphics and using performance insights to make every piece of content even better.

You’ll work closely with our Social Media Account Director to shape content strategies that genuinely move the needle.

We are looking for Someone who:

• Has agency experience creating social-first content
• Knows Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In and You Tube inside out
• Is confident planning, filming and editing using the Adobe Creative Suite(Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Can create standout motion graphics
• Understands analytics, reporting and optimisation
• Brings ideas to the table rather than waiting for a brief
