Chetham’s School of Music invites applications for a Head of Woodwind, leading the Woodwind, Brass & Percussion Department. This permanent, term-time post begins January 2027, 4 days per week, with additional evening and weekend duties to support performances and rehearsals.
The successful candidate will inspire and teach students at all levels, liaising with parents and the wider staff team. The role offers MPS plus a responsibility allowance B (0.8 FTE) with flexible hours and benefits
