Product Designer
Location:
Manchester - Hybrid
Type of role: 6 Month Contract with Potential extension
Payrate: £51 - £68 Per hour per hour
We are looking for an experienced Product / UX Designer to join a leading global digital technology organisation on a 6-month contract.
You’ll work within a cross-functional product team to create useful, usable and accessible digital experiences, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, User Researchers and other Designers.
Key responsibilities:- Understand user needs, business goals and technical constraints.
- Create user flows, wireframes, UI designs and prototypes.
- Use research and data to inform design decisions.
- Conduct/participate in usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver solutions.
- Apply design systems, UX best practices and accessibility principles.
- 3-5 years' experience in Product Design, UX Design or UX/UI Design.
- Strong experience with Figma and prototyping.
- Experience with user research, usability testing and design systems.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design.
- Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
