We are looking for a meticulous and motivated Junior Digital Artworker to join our studio team and deliver day-to-day digital artwork assets with accuracy, speed, and brand consistency. The successful candidate will be building their foundation in digital production, with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn, ensuring every asset is accurate, on brand, and produced to a high technical standard.

In this role, you will create digital content for website, app, CRM, social channels, and digital screens, working closely with Digital Art workers and Seniors to support large or multi-channel campaigns. You will follow established templates and workflows, prepare, export, resize and optimise assets across all digital touchpoints, and keep up-to-date with digital specifications and brand guidelines. Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Create digital content for website, app, CRM, social channels, and digital screens, following supplied guidelines.
  • Prepare, export, resize and optimise assets across all digital touchpoints.
  • Follow established templates and workflows to ensure consistent delivery.
  • Support Digital Art workers and Seniors on large or multi-channel campaigns.
  • Perform basic quality checks before submitting work for review.
  • Keep up-to-date with digital specifications and brand guidelines.
    Up to 1 year of professional digital artwork experience, or a relevant qualification/placement within a retail or studio environment.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/Figma).
  • Basic understanding of digital production processes, including asset export, resizing, and optimisation across touchpoints.
  • Experience working to supplied templates and brand guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all artwork outputs.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively within tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and proactively.
  • Organised and methodical, with a disciplined approach to file management and asset organisation.
  • Eager to learn and develop within a fast-paced studio environment.
  • Passionate about digital and delivering high-quality brand experiences.
