We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Event Specialist to support our exciting bridal pop-up events in Manchester. You will help deliver a seamless customer experience, coordinate event activities, and work closely with the wider team to ensure each event runs smoothly.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, proactive, organised, and confident working in a fast-paced event environment. Previous experience in events, retail, hospitality or customer service is desirable.
Responsibilities and Duties:- Assist in the planning and on-site execution of pop-up events
- Liaise and coordinate with local suppliers and partners (venues, logistics, equipment, temporary staff, etc.)
- Manage event setup, operations, and breakdown
- Provide on-site management during events to ensure smooth processes and a positive customer experience
- Assist with post-event feedback and basic data compilation
- Collaborate with cross-regional and overseas internal teams
- Ability to manage a small team onsite during events
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (speaking and writing)
- Must be based in Manchester
- Prior experience in offline events, pop-up stores, or exhibitions is preferred
- Retail or store-related experience (especially in apparel, bridal, or customer service) is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to independently liaise with external stakeholders
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced, multitasking environments
- Willingness to travel within the UK if needed
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must have legal authorisation to work in the UK and be able to provide the necessary documents
