  You'llhaveaportfoliothatdemonstratesaninstinctforcompellingstorytelling,strongvisualhooks,purposefulpacingandplatform-appropriate editing(Linked Inand You Tubeareparticularlyrelevant )
• Acreativewhoisequallycomfortablewithplannedshootsandagile,on-the-movecontentcreation.
  
  You'llknowhowtogetthebestoutofalightweightfilmingsetup,confidentlyusingequipmentsuchasaDSLR,tripod,lightingandaudiokittocaptureinterviews,talking-head content,eventsandauthenticmomentsastheyhappen
• Someonewhocombinesexcellenttechnicalexecutionwithstrongcreativejudgement.
  
  Fromselectingthestrongestfootagetorefiningthepacingandfinishingtouches,you'llcareaboutthedetailsthatelevateeverydaycontentintosomethinggenuinelyengaging

• Repurposingassetsaswellaseditingyourownfootage,buildingefficienteditingworkflowsanddeliveringahighvolumeofassetstoaconsistentlyhighstandard
• Camera operation,shot composition,lighting,audiocaptureandpracticalshootsetup,includingworkingindependentlywithlightweightequipment.
