Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Photography Producer / Photography Project Manager

We're working with a creative agency that delivers photography and visual content for some of the world's leading brands.

They're looking for a Midweight Photography Project Manager who knows what it takes to keep a creative production running smoothly, from the first brief and shoot planning through to final image delivery.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of the creative process, working closely with photographers, creatives and production teams to bring ambitious ideas to life.

The Role
  • Manage photography projects from initial brief through to final asset delivery.
  • Coordinate shoot schedules, timelines, budgets and resources.
  • Organise shoot logistics, including locations, permits and external suppliers.
  • Work closely with creative, photography, production and commercial teams.
  • Oversee image reviews, approvals, quality control and final delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, photographers and production partners.
  • Keep multiple projects moving, anticipating challenges and finding practical solutions.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in photography production, creative project management or a similar agency environment.
  • A good understanding of photography shoots, production workflows and post-production.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle several projects at once.
  • Confidence managing schedules, budgets, suppliers and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, hands‑on approach.
  • Someone who enjoys solving problems, keeping things organised and making sure the creative work is delivered to a high standard.

You’ll be joining a busy, collaborative creative environment where no two projects are quite the same.
