Professional, proactive and personable, a new Customer Support Specialist will join a dynamic team of self‑motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Role responsibilities
  • Promoting customer service excellence, ensuring customer care is delivered at the highest standard
  • Dealing with customer calls and enquiries over the phone
  • Proactively respond to customer email queries
  • Taking ownership of individual enquiries and customer requests
  • Work independently without close supervision
  • Ability to meet agreed quality and performance targets
  • Supporting the team to individually and collectively increase Trust Pilot and Google Review ratings
  • Maintain/develop strong product knowledge to enable successful service calls to consumers
  • Build strong relationships with core customer base, becoming a familiar/trusted contact
  • Liaise with sales managers regarding customer queries and order support
  • Regularly monitor and review processes to ensure they are fit for purpose
  • Maintain our reputation and drive confidence in our products and services

Details
  • 37.5 hour week, worked 9‑5 Monday to Friday
  • Office based in Salford, Greater Manchester
  • Reports to Customer Service Manager
  • Annual salary £28,000
  • Overtime available in peak periods
