Customer Service Logistics Hybrid Full time Start ASAP
About the RoleWe're looking for an Experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a fast paced, friendly, and expanding team based in Trafford Park. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy office environment and delivers outstanding service to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Updating and maintaining customer records within CRM systems
- Providing accurate information on products, orders, and services
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of customer requirements
- Handling queries efficiently and professionally
- Supporting operational processes and contributing to continuous improvement
- Strong office based customer service experience (essential)
- Excellent systems skills, ideally including CRM platforms
- A proactive and positive approach to problem solving
- Great communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage a varied workload
- Experience with in logistics is an advantage but not essential
- Hybrid working (3 office days / 2 from home)
- Onsite parking at the Trafford Park office
