Position: Customer Service Advisor - Out of Hours

    37.5 hours per week (8 pm - 8 am, 4 nights on, 4 nights off)

As an Out of Hours Advisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Funeral care services, providing critical assistance to families and organizations when they need it most.

Key Responsibilities:

Support in Sensitive Moments:
Handle late-night calls with care and professionalism, ensuring families and institutions receive respectful, timely support in transporting the deceased.

Social media and Admin Tasks:
Be in charge of social media monitoring, handling queries and comments, while also taking care of essential admin duties like responding to emails and managing post.

Customer Service:
Deliver exceptional customer interactions over the phone, ensuring every conversation leaves a positive and lasting impression.
