About the RoleAs a vital member of our Customer Service team, you’ll work closely with External Sales to build strong, lasting relationships with our customers. Your primary focus will be ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of sales orders — playing a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing- Providing outstanding customer service across phone and email
- Responding to customer enquiries quickly, accurately, and within agreed time frames
- Managing, tracking, and expediting customer orders
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to create effective, customer‑centric solutions
- Maintaining clear and professional communication at all times

QualificationsExperience Requirements
- Able to provide exceptional customer service
- Order processing experience within industrial setting (preferred)
