From greeting and seating guests to managing the flow of the restaurant, you’re an essential part of creating the vibrant, high-energy atmosphere we’re known for.
- Guest Experience Leader:
Welcome guests with warmth and enthusiasm, making sure they feel right at home from the moment they walk through the door. - Reservation Guru:
Handle reservations with ease, confirming guest details and managing waitlists. Be proactive in adjusting and communicating any changes to wait times or seating arrangements to our guests and our front of house teams. - Seating Strategist:
Manage the table plan to ensure guests are seated in a timely manner while balancing the flow of the restaurant. - Problem Solver:
Address guest questions, concerns, or special requests with a helpful attitude, offering solutions and ensuring that any issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role where your attention to detail and multitasking skills shine.
- A friendly, approachable personality that makes every guest feel like a VIP as soon as they arrive.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to think on your feet, whether you're checking in with guests or coordinating with the team.
- The ability to stay organized, manage reservations, and handle the guest flow without breaking a sweat.
- A passion for hospitality and a desire to make every guest’s visit memorable, fun, and easy.
